Top 10 Things to Do at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida!

Recently, after nine months, we left Costa Rica. :-( But, now, we are in Orlando, Florida. Today we visited Universal Studios. We only really went to three of the areas inside the Park. We went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Dr. Seuss Land, and Animal Actors. 
In Harry Potter Land (Wizarding World of Harry Potter) there are two parts. One, Diagon Alley, is in Universal Studios Florida, and, two, Hogsmeade and Hogwarts, were in the Islands of Adventure!!

Well, technically, we went to four parts of the park since Harry Potter Land was divided into two parts.

How to Make Chicken Casado!

One of my favorite dishes in Costa Rica is called Casado. Casado means "married" and this dish is always served with the combination of rice and beans and often a vegetable or salad and some patacones (fried plantains). Yum! It is a traditional meal that can be made with: beef, fish or chicken. After trying Casado in different parts of Costa Rica, this is the recipe my mom came up with to make it.

Book Review: The Time Hunters!

The Time Hunters, by Carl Ashmore, is a phenomenal book. Becky and Joe Mellor go to visit their Uncle Percy over summer break. Uncle Percy lives in a enormous house, near Manchester, England, and has loads of fancy stuff. They can go all over the grounds and do whatever they want. Until Joe makes a shocking discovery. Is Uncle Percy really who he says he is? They get whisked into an adventure that shouldn't really be happening. Along the way, they make friends with lots of people and animals. By the time they leave they cannot wait to see Uncle Percy again.

I liked this book because it is it mentions a lot of well known myths and stories, like: Theseus and the Minotaur, the Golden Fleece and Robin Hood. I really liked this book and if you like Harry Potter or Percy Jackson I would totally recommend it!
