On Wednesday, my family and I went to the Shasta District Fair! We went to the commercial barns first, but after the commercial barns we went over to the animal barns to see my friend's goat.
Then we looked at some other animals. Like goats,
calves,
tiger cubs,
and tigers.
After that, we went on some rides. One of my favorites was the Bobsleds.
Then, we went bungee jumping.
Then, my sister talked me into going on a ride called the Gravitron.
Finally, we ate funnel cake.
I look forward to going back to the Shasta District Fair!

Brings back such great memories of going to the fair every year as a kid! The tigers were a new and odd addition, but I'm sure the cubs were cute. I'm also sure you're glad you got to enjoy the funnel cake AFTER the Gravitron. :-)

DeleteDefinitely a time warp to go to the fair! Golden Acres 4-H is still there with the same leader (looking exactly the same way she did 25 years ago!)...the "meat goats" are new though?!?

Why were three tiger s at the fair? I'm guessing that they are probably not someone's 4-H project!
